Hematuria
Blood in the urine; 40% of all patients
- Gross hematuria
  Blood in urine that is visible clinically
- Microscropic hematuria
  Blood in urine that is identifiable only through a microscope
Pain
Dull pain in flank (locally advanced disease)
Dysuria
Pain on urination
Erythrocytosis
Abnormally high accumalation of red blood cells in the blood
Mass in flank
Other urinary sysmptoms
Burning, frequency, urgency, pelvic discomfort after voiding
Weight loss
