- Hematuria -- blood in the urine; 40% of all patients
- Gross hematuria -- blood in urine that is visible clinically
- Microscropic hematuria -- blood in urine that is identifiable only
through a microscope
- Pain
- Dull pain in flank (locally advanced disease)
- Dysuria -- pain on urination
- Erythrocytosis -- abnormally high accumalation of red blood cells in
the blood
- Mass in flank
- Other urinary sysmptoms -- burning, frequency, urgency, pelvic discomfort
after voiding
- Weight loss
