Key information: clinical size of testicle; swelling, firmness, palpable mass; scrotal changes (inflammation, ulceration, erythema [redness]); fixation of tumor; enlarged lymph nodes (lymphadenopathy), particularly of iliac regions.

Radical orchiectomy is performed to make the diagnosis. Most diagnostic studies are performed after the surgery.
