Chemotherapeutic agents have, to date, not been too successful as adjuvants
to surgical or radiotherapeutic treatment. Partial responses have been
noted with single agent methotrexate, adriamycin, 5-FU, cytoxan, mitomycin
C and cisplatin.
Intravesical chemotherapy has been shown to reduce recurrences

MCV (methotrexate, cisplatin, vinblastine) (under clinical evaluation)
