Key information: Clinical size and location of tumor or masses; skin changes (inflammation, ulceration, dimpling, satellite nodules, erythema [redness]), fixation of tumor, involvement of opposite breast, discharge, palpable axillary nodes ("shotty" nodes, fixed or matted nodes), involvement of supraclavicular or cervical nodes.
