as well as performance and evaluation methods. The NCRA

standards and suggestions for conducting time and motion
studies for casefinding, abstracting, and follow-up.
Conducting time and motion studies within the registry
can help to establish internal productivity
standards and/or validate existing standards. These standards
provide a basis for performance evaluations by allowing measurement
