Cystoscopy

A cystoscopy is the examination of the interior of the urinary bladder by means of a cystoscope. It is inserted into the bladder by way of the urethra and, therefore, can be used to examine the urethra as well. The results of these examinations may be recorded on the report of cystoscopy as in Example F3. Abstract what you think is pertinent in Example F3 and compare with the suggested abstraction.
