Chemotherapy for non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
(choice of regimen depends on stage and cell type)

  • CHOP (cytoxan, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone)
  • ProMACE-MOPP (cytoxan, etoposide, doxorubicin, mechlorethamine, procarbazine, high-dose methotrexate with leukovorin rescue and prednisone)
  • BACOP (bleomycin, doxorubicin, cytoxan, vincristine, prednisone)
  • APO (doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone, methotrexate, 6-mercaptopurine)
  • L10 or L17 protocols used for adult lymphocytic leukemia
  • CHOP plus other agents—cytoxan, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone plus asparaginase plus maintenance with methotrexate and 6-mercaptopurine
  • m-BACOD (intermediate-dose methotrexate, bleomycin, doxorubicin, cytoxan, vincristine, dexamethasone)
