SEER Summary Stage 2000 (SSS2K) = regional by direct extension only (standard code = 2). Hysterectomy path report shows superficial invasion of endometrium and extension to endocervical glands. Pathological examination of lymph nodes is negative. MRI shows involvement of cervix without extension into other structures and clinical impression of FIGO Stage 2.
